Registration systems

For every event several registration forms can be used, some of them can be combined:

A registration system is the basic of every event. Interested persons can submit their personal data, register, order social services, make accommodation booking etc.

Individual registration forms can be independent or participant can receive on entry into a database a password for later identification. With this password he can register, order social services and book accommodation without having to submit his personal data each time.

In certain cases participants can have continued access to all forms enabling them to make changes in already submitted data. This possibility can be terminated by a pre-set date. System for processing submitted contributions (lecture, posters) can operate independently or can be incorporated into registration system.

Administration

A necessary component of such system is an administrative section for the processing of data. Namely the fallowing operations have to be considered:

  • viewing and editing of submitted registrations
  • administration of passwords and of access codes to users sections
  • the export of data to XLS, DOC, DB and other formats
  • statistical outputs
  • spreadsheet system
  • on-line invoicing
  • searches
  • graphs of increase of participant's application
